David J. Minno is a founding principal in Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners. Since establishing the practice in 1995, he has guided its growth into a premier firm of over 100 architects, designers, planners and engineers. Specializing in large-scale, private-sector mixed-use redevelopment, Mr. Minno is a recognized expert in TransitOriented Development (TOD) and project with significant residential and hospitality components. His work has been influential in advancing housing design and multifamily building typologies that shape modern living. By engaging in the architectural design process from the earliest concept stages, he expertly navigates complex regulatory approvals to bring large-scale developments to life. His visionary work has earned recognition from prestigious organizations, including The American Institute of Architect (AIA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and New Jersey Future Smart Growth among others. As an industry thought leader, Mr. Minno frequently moderates and participates in professional insight panels. Mr. Minno holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School. He is a Registered Architect holding professional licensure in multiple jurisdictions as well as a licensed professional planner in New Jersey. He is active in many professional groups including the Urban Land Institute and The Congress of New Urbanism. He has volunteered his professional services to Habitat for Humanity and is currently the Chairman of the Board of Fisherman’s Mark.

His expansive portfolio of projects spans diverse markets, including luxury multifamily, affordable housing, hospitality, student housing and senior living. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University and is a Registered Architect holding professional licensure in multiple jurisdictions. He remains deeply engaged in shaping industry standards and exploring new design paradigms through his active leadership and frequent speaking engagements with organizations such as the AIA, ULI, and NJBA.

Michael R. Lawson is a Principal with over 15 years of experience in the multi-family and mixed-use development industry. Michael’s design’s frequently explore the combination of traditional detailing with contemporary and modern styles; developing not only the buildings themselves but the spaces they create both inside and on their exteriors. Michael consistently delivers exceptional service to clients through his experience in local zoning ordinances, regulatory municipal approvals, site planning, contemporary concept design, and multifamily industry insight and trends. His extensive professional background in redevelopment and mixed-use/multifamily projects spans New Jersey, New York, and the greater Northeast region. Michael holds a Master of City Regional Planning degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey as well as a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Science in Management from the New Jersey Institutes of Technology. Jorgenson is a Principal in Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners with over 30 years of experience working on all aspects of a development, from the initial concept phase through construction. He offers a wealth of experience being involved with projects from entitlement through construction and is responsible for management of project teams through the development of construction documents, coordination of engineering documents and specifications, and the management of construction administration services. Bob is also a firm-wide and industry leader specializing in code compliance, accessibility, and project planning. Bob holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Nebraska and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies. He is a Registered Architect holding professional licensure in multiple jurisdictions. He is active in many professional groups including the International Code Council, National Fire Protection Association, and USGBC. He also volunteers his expertise to Habitat for Humanity, contributing to efforts that create sustainable housing for the community.

The Minno & Wasko partnership began in 1995 between architects David Minno and Gary Wasko after working together for several years. They recognized that their complementary talents could ensure expertise across a wide range of needs and thus provided the groundwork for the organic growth of a team where each member's individual abilities contribute a vital role to our mission as a whole.
